The Bridgend Mental Health Outpatients department are looking for a friendly and confident individual to join their team as a clinic coordinator.

This is a busy role which requires someone who is resilient and motivated.

The Clinic Co-ordinator will reception and co-ordinate out-patient clinics, new patient referrals, follow up appointments and contribute to the maintenance of waiting lists for Clinical Teams within Mental Health Services. The role will also include the filing of results and correspondence as per Mental Health Directorate procedures, the retrieving and returning case notes to the main filing library, prepping of case notes for outpatient clinic and in conjunction with colleagues maintain the records library in accordance with local policy and retention and destruction schedules.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
