Practice Educator

The Practice Educator will provide coordination, lead process standardisation, manage and lead newly developed Standard Operating Procedures. The Practice Educator will help drive education and training across all specialties through efficient forward planning. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders including national bodies such as Association for Peri operative Practice, National Performance Advisory Group HIW, NICE and the AAGBI to ensure continuous improvement. The Practice Educator will contribute to the provision of health care to the people of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) with the responsibility for supporting frontline clinical staff with continuous learning and professional development to facilitate these staff to be skilled professionals to care for patients in the peri-operative care environment.
