We work with a range of schools in the Bridgend area that are in need of 1-to-1 support for their pupils, ranging from those with special educational or additional learning needs, to those who need emotional guidance and coaching. If you choose to work with our agency, you will play a vital role in allowing pupils to flourish, both personally and academically.

- **What we stand for**:_

Do you have a friend who may be interested in joining us? We offer £75 for every Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply).Responsibilities:

- Educate and instruct students in a classroom setting
- Create and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Assess student performance and provide feedback on progress
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs, including those with autism or in special education programs
- Foster creativity and critical thinking through engaging activities and assignments
- Provide mentoring and tutoring support to students as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in creative writing techniques to encourage student expression and development
- Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic journey
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support
