**Job Description**:
Responsible for the support and development of Care Professionals including coaching, mentoring, and training. You will perform support visits and competency checks in the field to ensure our Care Professionals are compliant with training and policies.

You will build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, families, health professionals and Care Professionals to ensure we provide a responsive, reliable, and trusted service that ensures the expectations of clients and the values and mission of Home Instead is met.

You will be posses an engaging personality and be someone who thrives on being part of a successful team who make great things happen.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and Care Professionals
- Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals
- Support, train, and mentor Care Professionals to the highest standard.
- Monitor online learning issuing new learning modules as required
- Be prepared to deliver classroom training to small groups of Care professionals
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
- Ensure all administration for clients and Care Professionals is completed in a timely manner.
- Audit client daily activity using the preferred Home Instead systems.

Additional Information

We are looking for an engaging person with a flair for building relationships within our large team of Care Professionals.

You will be required to travel throughout our local area visiting care professionals as they work, it is therefore essential that you have access to a reliable vehicle.
