Parent-Help is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Supervised Contact Worker. You will provide consistent service to families with the aim of achieving high-quality contact between children and their families, either in Contact Centres/ Children and Family Centres or in the local community, and occasionally in the family home.

**Main duties will include**:

- Coordinate activities of all service departments to ensure quality customer service and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in data entry.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.
- Participate in the training of new employees and maintain knowledge of employee policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, faxing, copying, scanning etc.

- Other duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**:
A recognised qualification, such as NVQ, at Level 3 in Child Care or Health and Social Care or other equivalent.
- GCSE (Level 2) Maths and English Grade C / Grade 4 or above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate, Volunteer, Internship

**Salary**: £12.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
