**Warehouse Administrator - Castle Bromwich (B35)**
**Monday - Friday, Day shift**
**About the role**:
Our client, is a market leader in the provision of Integrated Stores and Supply Chain Management Solutions for Blue Chip Companies in the UK and Europe.
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for expediting of outstanding purchase orders to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with Client expectations and Stores operational requirements.
- Liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods and to update company records on SAP accordingly
- Accurately record all communications with Stores personnel and Vendors into the SAP system
- Amend current stock lines on the company system(s) to reflect description, supplier and inventory level change(s) where appropriate
- Liaise directly with suppliers and chase/ track orders where necessary
**About you**:
- Good level of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient planning and organisational skills with a methodical and logical approach
- Strong ICT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel & SAP
- Experience of ensuring quality standards are maintained alongside strong performance management culture
