Tutor position available;
We require a person (preferably psychology/teaching background) to join our specialist SEN Behaviour Support programme to be part of a team and work with our 6 years old child with Autism for minimum 1 full school days per week (and additional hours over the week and weekend
- flexible ). Our son is a happy little chap who is gentle, engaging and welcoming to strangers and we are looking for someone who is fun, compassionate, imaginative and reliable. This is a Psychology based programme, that has been proven to show dramatic results in the learning and lives of children with Autism, and is professionally managed by a specialist organisation. We also work closely with the caseworker, health and educational professionals including the LEA, speech therapists and the school. The programme includes training and support, shadowing and workshops. You will also be part of a lively and friendly team. In brief, it involves delivering one-to-one specific play-based learning activities to the child in the school and/ or home, and collating of data. The job would require outdoor play based activities and indoor targets.

It is a great learning experience for people from the field of psychology/teaching.
