We are currently looking for staff to lead and assist with various Alternative Provisions within our Sports, Media and Outdoor provisions.

You will work with pupils in a learner led environment encouraging them to develop core skills in English and Maths. Supporting the provision lead helping with course delivery and assisting with lesson plans.

An exciting new opportunity for you to join our Alternative Provision Team. You will be mainly working within children in KS3 & KS4, delivering lessons and out of school activities.

**Learning Mentor Job Role**:

- Plan the delivery of programs, lessons, and activities (i.e. Curriculum Delivery, Outer-School Clubs, Educational Programs and CPD).
- Motivating and inspiring children aged from 11 to 16 years of age, using the engine of sport.
- Engaging and liaising with parents and teachers regarding the progress of their child's development; physically, mentally, and socially.
- Ensure everybody engages with in their provision.
- Make sure that yourself and the surrounding team are compliant with all policies and procedures.

**Learning Mentor Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in a school or an educational environment.
- Be well organised and demonstrate leadership skills.
- To be able to work as a lead or assistant.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 8-36 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lincoln, Lincolnshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
