We are currently looking for staff to lead and assist with our Sports based provisions which is based around Football, Dodgeball, Sailing and Paddle Sports.
You will work with pupils in a learner led environment encouraging them to develop core skills in English and Maths.
An exciting new opportunity for you to join our Sports Team. You will be mainly working within children in KS3 & KS4, delivering lessons and out of school activities.
Sports Coach Job Role:
- Plan the delivery of programs, lessons, and activities (i.e. Curriculum Delivery, Outer-School Clubs, Educational Programs and CPD).
- Motivating and inspiring children aged from 11 to 16 years of age, using the engine of sport.
- Engaging and liaising with parents and teachers regarding the progress of their child's development; physically, mentally, and socially.
- Ensure everybody has a place in sport.
- Make sure that yourself and the surrounding team are compliant with all policies and procedures.
Sports Coach Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a school or an educational environment.
- Be well organised and demonstrate leadership skills.
- To be able to work as a lead or assistant coach.
- Level 2 in Sports Coaching, Activity Leadership or Child Care (relevant routes accepted).
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-36 per week
Salary:
£10.50-£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Lincoln, Lincolnshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
