**1:1 Learning Support Assistant**

A Lincolnshire school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join the team as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant. This position is designed to provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Individualised Support**: Work closely with a child to provide personalised assistance based on their specific learning requirements.
- ** Academic Support**: Assist children in understanding and completing class assignments and projects. Reinforce learning concepts and strategies.
- ** Communication**: Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to support each child’s learning goals.
- ** Behavioural Support**: Implement strategies to manage and support positive behaviour and fostering a conducive learning environment.
- ** Progress Monitoring**: Keep detailed records of the student's progress and share insights with the teaching team and parents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to address them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in special education or a related field is a plus.
