**Position**

We are seeking a talented Video Creative with a specialism in Motion Graphics and Animation to join our team. In this hybrid role working across Our Media Agency and the consumer brand portfolio, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web, YouTube and social media channels. As a video team, our purpose is to create visually compelling content that engages and captivates our audience across digital platforms. **Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the video and creative team to conceptualize and develop motion graphics and animations that align with the brand identity and objectives to engage our audience across channels
- Create visually appealing and dynamic motion graphics for videos, intros, transitions, and other digital assets.
- Design and animate engaging typography and text-based animations to enhance the visual storytelling.
- Develop innovative ideas and concepts for video content that captivate and engage our target audience.
- Support sales and operations teams within campaign ideation phase to enhance creative proposal to client
- Animate variety of content, including explainers, testimonials, interviews, tutorials, product reviews, event coverage, and promotional videos.
- Work closely with the video production team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into videos.
- Optimize graphics and animations for various digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
- Support wider commercial operations team with motion graphic support within campaigns as required
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience as a motion graphics designer and animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and typography.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interpret project requirements.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging design and animation trends.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working on video content for websites, YouTube channels, and social media platforms.
- Video editing and composition
- Familiarity with video editing techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for implementing motion graphics on websites.
- Basic understanding of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.
- Cinema 4D or 3DS Max / blender
