Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are handled promptly and professionally. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any product-related issues.
Actively listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.
Collaborate closely with other departments, including logistics and marketing, to address customer concerns and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including order details, communications, and issue resolutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions to customer issues.
Empathy and patience to handle challenging customer situations and diffuse tense interactions.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software systems and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
