**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Utilise computerised systems and software to perform job duties
- Manage and organise office supplies and inventory
- Booking in/out parts and stock

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork and office supplies

This role is part-time working Mon-Thur 09.30-15.00.
