Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and excellent organisational skills.

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Utilise Google Suite and other office software for efficient workflow
- Provide general administrative support to the team

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in data entry and computerised systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience in Estate Agency is preferable. We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic organisation. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
