We currently have an opportunity for a **Site Supervisor** to join our Arb Rail division within the South West and Thames Valley region. You will oversee both Ground Control employees and field teams as they complete Arboriculture and Vegetation works alongside tracks and rail sites. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard.

Although work is organised to suit your location as much as possible, there will be travel to sites up to a 90 minute commute, with occasional trips outside of this radius to cover the full region if needed.

**Who we're looking for**:
You will need to be a natural leader, able to build rapport with your team while ensuring they are following safety procedures and planned works correctly at all times.

It is essential you have:

- COSS experience and qualification
- Full current driving licence
- Excellent customer and client service skills
- Drive to achieve the best results at all times
- Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
- Competent IT skills and ability to manage your own admin.
