Formed in January 2017 Sanper Construction Ltd has gone from strength to strength, supplying project/facilities management and fulfilling ongoing maintenance and repairs contracts for public services (including the prison services) and undertaking larger single trade projects throughout new build and other various construction contracts.
Due to an expanding workload we are looking to recruit a Admin Assistant to come and join our small team, this position allows the applicant to work flexibly on challenging and varied projects.
This is a full time, hands-on position working within a micro team. You will be working together closely with the company directors to ensure day to day operations run as smoothly as possible. This position allows the applicant to work flexibly on challenging and varied tasks and to manage their own time effectively, whilst completing all daily tasks.
- Being the office-based frontline worker.
- Answering all calls and taking messages where necessary.
- Arranging material orders, collections, and payments.
- Replenishing office stocks.
- Filing materials costing into correct project folders.
- Sending operatives their weekly schedules of work.
- Booking intent to visit for all operatives and directors attending sites in advance.
- Assisting with first phase recruiting by arranging interviews.
- Set up meetings, taking notes.
- Logging accurate daily sickness and absences and feeding this back to sites.
- Returns (back to supplier and back to stock).
- Sorting of waste (hiring of skips and waste collection to sites)
- Collating data and reports from operatives into weekly reports to show progress of staff on projects.
**Key Requirements for the role**
- Strong computer literacy, including good Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Being an excellent planner and having good organisation skills.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Ability to have mature and flexible approach, and a willingness to develop according to the needs of the post and the service.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in co-operation as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
- High degree of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Desire and ability to fit into a small team environment

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
