Administration Assistant/payroll Assistant

We are recruiting an Office Administrator based in Hemel Hempstead.
We are a small business and the role is interchangeable. We are looking for somebody who can complete bookkeeping duties and assist with office administration at a local firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors. We are looking for somebody who can assist the business in many different ways and maintain our high standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
Flexible hours could suit parent with school age child responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office administration duties
- Data Entry onto bookkeeping software (Xero, Quickbooks, Freeagent, Sage)
- Payroll support
- Filing
- Assist with Credit Control
- Confirmation Statements
- Various ad-hoc tasks
- PA Duties
Experience and Qualifications:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Superb organisational & problem solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Hands-on approach. Happy to 'roll up sleeves' and get the job done
- Able to work to deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
