Overdue of duties and requirements:

- Process all queries regarding payroll
- Take ownership of the shared inbox
- Liaise with all departments re new starters and agreement packages
- Collate all data from departments for payroll (weekly and monthly)
- Enter all data onto Excel spreadsheets and ensure this is carried out with great attention to detail
- Resolve all discrepancies
- All adhoc administrative duties

Key Skills:

- Strong computer skills
- Experience using ADP - highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail and speed with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organised
- Pro active
