**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the company, including but not limited to: operations, marketing, and sales.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company services and brand awareness.
- Manage LinkedIn profile and company page, including regular updates, content posting, and engagement with followers.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the security industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files related to marketing activities, client information, and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and marketing projects.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in administration, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) GSuite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and experience managing professional profiles and company pages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing reports and maintaining records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives and administrative processes.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
