Based in our Brighton HQ, you will report directly to our Influencer & Content Lead and be part of our Brand Marketing function. In this role, you will support our plans and outreach for our Influencer & Affiliate Program by supporting the development of our Gifted Influencers Program and identifying inspirational affiliates for the **KILLSTAR** Brand. We are looking for an excellent communicator who understands the value of building strong relationships, demonstrating the **KILLSTAR** brand voice and is passionate about nurturing a diverse network of influencers. **What You’ll Do**:

- Work as part of our Brand Marketing Team to maintain and grow a database of gifted influencers.
- Sourcing and proposing influencers who align with the brand whilst ensuring that our network of influencers is diverse and resonates with the alternative community.
- Work towards influencer objectives and grow the current network of creators for **KILLSTAR** & all sub-brands.
- Manage and maintain influencers' projects, corresponding with them to ensure they understand the briefs and deliverables while creating and preserving durable working relationships.
- Send gifting and care packages to influencers and press, ensuring all activity is tracked, providing an outstanding customer experience for our influencers.
- Follow an efficient gifting system and maintain the regular upkeep of gifted packages working to the KPIs set.
- Communicate directly with our influencer network to inform them about any deliveries, including delivery delays, troubleshooting issues and resolving any problems they may encounter.
- Maintain and distribute any content received from the gifting outreaches, ensuring that usage is communicated, and content is only distributed to departments who can utilise it.
- Present monthly reports on all gifted influencer activity, analysing influencers we work with and suggesting database growth.
- Completing any other ad-hoc influencer duties which are delegated by your line manager.

- Working as part of a marketing team and completing administrative tasks.
- Working to deadlines and as part of a team environment, completing individual tasks and contributing to team targets.

- Have experience working to monthly deadlines and achieving KPIs which have been set by your manager.
- Have experience working in e-commerce.
- Have achieved a marketing degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Have a strong online presence/good following on social media.

**Work Location and Hours**:
This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am - 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
