Admin Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Admin Assistant to work as part of a small and close knit reception/Admin team in a busy plumbing & heating company.
Your main duties will cover being the first point of contact for our customers, answering the phones, dealing with enquiries and booking work in and managing the work load of the engineers, scanning, filing, invoicing.
You will interact with a range of clients across all levels of the business. Communication, organisation and time management skills are required to ensure that you will be comfortable managing multiple tasks and completing priorities to ensure the smooth running of the business.
You will have previous administration skills, be confident with a computer and have a can do attitude. A good telephone manner is essential.
You will also need the following skills
Computer/typing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office 365, excel, word are essential
Excellant communication skills and the ability to multi task
Confidence communicating with people at all levels
A passion for quality and a friendly can do attitude
Knowledge of Commusoft (Job Management Software) would be advantageous but full training will be given
