- Expected salary up to £23,754.34 post probation
- Day 1 salary of £22,797.51
- The option to work from home after 3 to 6 months with laptop provided

**What will you deliver?**
- Help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods
- Take ownership of the enquiries & value each customer
- Create a positive experience for the customer and the client

**Who are we?**

You would be joining our customer experience experts here in our Capita Experience division. Our success is built on over 40 years of understanding the market and understanding customer needs. We currently have 20 UK-based call centres, where we recruit for roles such as customer service, sales, collections and complaint handling.
