SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a growing, family run business based in the Tamworth area. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor who will have generalist HR experience covering employee relations and recruitment
As a HR Advisor you will play a critical role within the HR team being the first point of contact for HR queries relating to holiday, sickness and performance. You will also support with recruitment and onboarding. You will also be responsible for liasing withmanagers around employee relations ensuring the correct guidance is given in line with policy and procedure.
The successful HR Advisor will receive the following package.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (based on site in Tamworth)
23 days holiday increasing with service
Development opportunities as you will be working in a growing and rapidly changing business.
Role Requirements
- Respond to general enquiries from employees and managers, giving appropriate advise from policies and procedures to ensure consistency
- Administer and coordinate starters and leavers
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness absence management including OHA referrals, investigation meetings etc and be confident with leading your own caseload
- Assisting the Senior HR Generalist with policy review and implementation
- Support Senior HR generalist with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintenance if the internal HR system (PeopleHR)
Required
- Previous HR generalist experience
- Ideally CIPD Level 5
- Knowledge of PeopleHR desirable not essential
- Confident in handling ER from start to finish
- Someone that requires stability
