The delivery and support of digital technology at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is fundamental in enabling staff to provide excellent and safe patient care.

The Trust has invested significantly in digital technology and the rapid increase of electronic patient record systems being deployed has created greater need for further Patient Systems resource to provide first line support to service users.

Would you like to increase your existing knowledge of Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust’s electronic patient systems, develop specialist patient system skills and be part of a team providing excellent customer service to end users across the HDFT organisation?

The post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work.

This role provides a great insight into the NHS and requires excellent inter-personal skills when communicating with patients and members of staff at all levels within the Trust.
