Catering Diet Clerk

HIF catering services are a traditional cook site providing freshly cooked meals daily to patients, we also provide freshly cooked meals to staff colleagues and visitors via our two busy food outlets.

The postholder will be working within a small team of three ensuring patients receive the correct dietary requirements.
- Collating patient meal numbers on a daily basis
- Ensuring patients are served the correct meals that are not detrimental to their wellbeing
- Wastage recording
- Dealing with wards and departments via telephone and electronically

Harrogate Integrated Facilities (HIF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrogate and District Foundation NHS Trust and supplies services to the hospital and community services with respect to:
Maintenance, Sterile Services, Portering, Catering, Equipment Library, Linen and Sewing room, Security, Car Parking, General Office, Front desk reception and Domestics.
