Marlin Industries is looking for an exceptional individual with the ability and drive to create an environment that supports further business growth in a varied role

**Key responsibilities / accountabilities**
- Provide high calibre support and efficient service to customers whilst promoting Marlin products & services
- Use of SAP business one and company portals to process customer orders resulting in the accurate generation of invoices.
- Provide support with the generation and logging of drum and waste wood collections.
- Support the administration of inbound and outbound loads including the allocation of jobs via Mandata.
- Control of loading notes for all vehicles.
- Highlighting & reporting of issues / non-conformances using the problem report procedure.
- Answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate staff.
- Preparation & filing of the company’s commercial correspondence, documentation etc in line with agreed procedures
- Minimising waste by reusing & recycling materials where possible.
- Provide timely & accurate reports to internal & external customers.

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
