As a Business Management Graduate, you will play an integral part in coordinating a number of strategic projects being delivered across the company.

The opportunity will allow you to develop excellent project management skills through the coordination and support of; mobilisations of new business, roll out of strategic growth plans including marketing and social media support.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate who has a willingness to learn a new sector, possesses transferable skills, excellent work ethic and a desire to grow and learn in an expanding business with fantastic development opportunities.

Our Ideal graduate will need to have:

- Degree level 2:1 or above
- Proactive approach with the ability to complete tasks promptly, accurately and with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic about self-development and personal growth
- Ability to work to a programme with deadlines
- Intelligently question the norm/status quo and provide new ideas
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work both individually or as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within own team and across the organisation
- Ability to accept and deal with changing priorities related to both own work and to the organisation
- Ability to work to deadlines and organise workload to maximise opportunities
- Ability to use computers to good level for word, excel, Powerpoint and outlook

We will provide you with full on the job and additional training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to learn and succeed. All we ask for is for a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and be paid between £24,000 - £28,000 depending on prior work experience/internships. The role also includes excellent employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
