**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Operation Manager with planning and staffing for all stadia events.
- Recruitment - advertise and recruit staff for events.
- Administration - starter forms, signing in and out sheets, inductions, accreditation spreadsheet.
- Staff - keep staff spreadsheet up to date.
- Ensure staff have right to work, checking status and IDs.
- Complete and submit wages time sheets for events.
- Submit and complete when required job sheets for events and education.
- Corrections of any wages issue for educations and events when needed.
- HR support for education and events.
- Issue staff rotas for mobile staff.
- Attend Stadium Events
- Support staff and Operation Manager during events.
- Educations Site visits when required.
- Keep staff training log up to date and book training course when required.
- Complete DBS checks - when required.
- Record staff holiday and sickness fortnightly.
- Stock - ordering stock, uniforms and office stock (after request from Site Managers and confirmed with Operations Manager)
- Stock control.
- Equipment - arrange services (after information’s from Site/Operations Managers)
- Health and Safety - My Compliance - pass certificates from training to relevant person.
- PO’s number set up - when requested.
- Letters - pass to relevant persons.
- Monitor Company Cars - service, MOT, etc for Educations & Events Team

- Operations Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Key skills and attributes**:

- Proven track record of delivering great customer service and administration skills
- Strong systems experience, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Pro-active, with a continuous improvement mind-set and attention to detail
- Excellent time keeping and diary management
- You will have worked in a similar role ideally in the facilities management sector
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
