In this role, you will assist the Facility Manager in the daily operations and will supervise a dedicated team of Nurses and Care Staff.

Your responsibilities will also include engaging with residents' families, managing staff, providing supervision, and handling various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a strong commitment to Elderly and Dementia Care.

Requirements:

  • A qualified RGN/RMN or RNLD with a current NMC pin number
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • A genuine passion for working with the elderly or in a care environment
  • A dedicated and organized approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
