We’re looking for people with a passion for providing high-quality customer service to join our Customer Service Centre in Swindon as a **Part-Time Customer Service Advisor.**

**Our part-time Customer Service Advisor role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday working **10 am - 2 pm**

**Our part-time Customer Service Advisor role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday working **10 am - 2 pm.**

Our 6-week training and development program based at our office in Swindon will help you deliver exceptional service to our customers. To ensure we give you the full training and support you need for the role, **the 6-week training course will be held between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm for the duration of the training**, and throughout the training, you'll have the dedicated support of an experienced team who are solely focused on your development.

**What you should bring to the role**
- A strong passion for customer service
- An excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers
- The ability to hold difficult conversations and demonstrate resilience and strength
- Passion and a great team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good IT, listening, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work within a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
