Payroll & Billing Administrator

This is a progressive business and is looking for somebody who wants to join a fast-paced environment, high growth environment. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the below duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing timesheet data received on InTime and from client portals
- Chasing missing POs
- Following up on unapproved timesheets
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- IT skills including basic Excel knowledge
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience of working within a multi-currency organisation (desirable)
- Experience of InTime and InPay (desirable)
- Knowledge of PAYE and payroll legislation (desirable)
