Payroll Assistant

As a Payroll Assistant/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's finance department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Excel reporting & Payroll summaries.
* Verify timesheets and attendance records.
* Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, and preparing reports.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide assistance as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role preferred.
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite & Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Monday - Friday 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
Ongoing temp with opportunity to go perm
