**Full time - 37.5 hours per week, shifts between **Mon to Fri 8am-6pm**

**Role Overview**

This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products and health assessments.

**What you’ll do**:
You will be taking incoming customer calls and taking the necessary action required to resolve their queries and proactively make outbound calls to customers.

**What you’ll bring**:

- You will have experience of working in a customer service/sales environment and demonstrating strong customer focused skills and an ability to up sell added products.
- Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
- You will be PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and have the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment
- Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and to be responsible for both individual and team targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Be able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a ‘can do’ attitude within the team/department
