Permanent, full-time position: 37.5hours

Salary range: £52,000 - £62,000

Role Overview

As our ER Lead you will be providing expert ER advice, coaching and leadership to the Care Services Leadership Team as well as the generalist Business / Delivery Partners to ensure they provide a well governed and consistent service to our customers while remaining compliant with Bupa policy and procedures, current employment legislation and the broader Bupa ER strategy and delivery. You will play a vital role in leading and delivering on our ER Agenda

What you’ll do:

- Offer feedback and support regarding the development and amendment of policies, procedures, and guidance working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
- Support the L&D Team in delivering ER and IR training and upskilling to key stakeholders including the Business and Delivery Partners.
- Be a point of contact on high risk or complex cases, support in situations such as police investigations, coroners court, and safeguarding meetings.
- Reporting on data and trends to the People Director and Care Services Leadership team, ensuring the consistent recording and reporting of ER activity across the Delivery Partner team.

What you’ll bring:

- Successful experience of coaching, advising, and influencing managers at all levels and at all stages of informal / formal ER processes as well as dealing with complex / high risk ER cases.
- Experience supporting a large operational business and diverse workforce.
- Ability to work independently and make/influence the appropriate decisions within agreed policy and procedure.
