**Role introduction**:
**Hybrid working from home and office location**:Reading, United Kingdom or Amsterdam, the Netherlands depending on where you currently live and / or work.
- HSO is a fast-growing global IT-consultancy firm, advising large-scale clients on complex IT and data challenges. We´re currently looking for a Global HR Consultant that will be joining our Global HR team. The Global HR Team has the mission to create and sustain a working environment that is inspiring and capable of attracting, developing and retaining high performing consultants. As our colleague and Global HR Consultant you will be made responsible for HR Data & Reporting and you will contribute to many different HR related projects globally and in close collaboration with our local HR teams.
- HSO currently is the home of 2500 employees and aims to double in size in the next couple of years. This means that a problem-solving mindset and flexibility is at the core of everything we do. You should definitely consider this role if you have some (internal) HR consultancy and project management experience under your belt and feel that you are ready for more responsibility.**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, such as HR Analyst or HR Consultant, preferably as part of consultancy companies
- A well-rounded skill set in creating HR reports and a demonstrated ability to analyze and visualize data effectively.
- Track record of successfully identifying, designing, and implementing HR improvement projects, particularly in the realm of IT/Data.
- Familiarity with HR technology, with bonus points for experience with Sympa, Bamboo, Workable, and Dynamics 365.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS D365, with additional bonus points for expertise in PowerBI.
- Flexibility and a problem-solving mindset, essential qualities for thriving in our fast-growing and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and work extra hours when necessary.
- You currently live and are eligible to work in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands (Randstad)
