Life Insurance Lead Generation Specialist (Office-Based)

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in Life Insurance Lead Generation.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the Life Insurance market and its various products.
- **Lead Generation**: Track record of generating high-quality leads and identifying potential customers with life insurance needs.
- **Customer Qualification**: Ability to assess customers' requirements and effectively transfer them to our Sales Advisors for tailored insurance quotes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and collaborate with the sales team.
- **Self-Motivated**: Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in an office-based work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and targeted outreach to identify potential leads within the Life Insurance market.
- Engage with potential customers through various channels to understand their life insurance needs and eligibility.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about life insurance policies, building trust with potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for the life insurance products offered.
- Facilitate a seamless handover of qualified leads to the Sales Advisors, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and optimize the customer acquisition process.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-Time Job: Monday to Friday.
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Your local time zone).
- Early finish on Fridays at 3:30 PM.
