At My London Care we aim to provide support and care to enable a mother to become independent and to ensure the baby will receive the best care. We provide residential homes that are staffed 24-hours a day and key-work support for our residents to develop general knowledge and the skills they need to live and parent independently.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide key-work support around parenting and independent living
- Support residents offsite in the local community
- Support residents with professional meetings and appointments
- Identifying and monitoring needs
- Liaise with social work and NHS teams to risk assess and care plan
- General office and administration tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Clear DBS Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and also lone-working

**Ideal experience**:

- Previous knowledge/background in children's social care
- Previous experience working in a support worker setting

**Contracts Available**:
Part-time: 24 hours (4 shifts) a week with overtime available

Day shift: 09:00 - 15:00

Evening shift: 15:00 - 21:00

Night shift: 21:00 - 09:00 (next day)

Shift patterns are agreed in advance and can include weekend, evening and night shifts.

**Full DBS and reference checks will be undertaken, in line with government guidelines and safer recruitment practices.**

**We are not able to support relocation for this role, you must be based in London, UK.**

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
