Support Worker

Eeze Care is looking for Support Workers with experience in Learning Disability and Mental Health to work in Southall.
We operates Young adults Supported Living Homes With in South-West London.
- Build effective relationships with service users and their families
- Support service users with activities of daily living
- Identify when people are at risk and respond to those in distress
- Encourage patients to take part in activities
- Provide Personal Care
- Give medication
- Work with challenging behaviour
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Good understanding about reporting and recording
All new starters will receive in-depth training and focused induction to meet the needs of our service users

**Salary**: £9.65-£10.00 per hour
