A newly created position at MI Vehicle Integration, we are looking to you to help our business grow from strength to strength. We are looking to recruit a people person whose experience in recruitment and/or HR will help us develop our team, systems and take the driving seat on our recruitment process.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Posting and renewing Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, Adverts and relevant Posts
- Conducting interviews either via face to face or via zoom.
- Securing the required references and validation.
- Support the induction process
- Completing a weekly report to the Managing Director on work completed and any further support needed.
- Working to targets and deadlines.
- Representing the company at recruitment events
- Planning, organising and leading the recruitment strategies for the company.
- Preparing contracts in line with renewal dates

**Experience Required**:

- Recruitment and HR
- Administration
- Microsoft Office

**Desirable attributes**:

- Approachable on both a personal and professional level
- Comfortable on the phone
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Polite, organised and adaptable
- Able to promote all aspects of the company
- Open, honest and has a good sense of humour

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
