Reed Insurance are pleased to be supporting an established and industry leading insurance brokers with their recruitment.

They are looking to add an experienced **Claims Adjuster **to their team in the Midlands head office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting customers with their claims within public and government services
- Dealing with enquiries over the phone and in writing
- Reviewing claims, negotiating settlements and determining liability levels
- Relationship developing, always delivering excellent customer services.

**What you will need**:

- Claims experience is essential, specifically relating to Employers and Public Liability
- Experience of working with insurance brokers and clients
- Good standard of written and spoken communication
- Examples of delivering excellent customer services and teamwork
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Basic DBS required - but can be obtained during the recruitment process.

**Hours of Work**:

35 hours per week, flexible start and finish times are available.
