We are recruiting a Team PA to support our highly successful Employment Services team with all aspects of administration and office support, including arranging meetings, liaising with clients and document management control. This role forms part of a groupwide support network, so there is always help at hand and team interaction.

We are a firm of accountants & business advisers, who operate from five offices in the Midlands and have 34 Partners and Directors and over 200 staff.

This is permanent, full-time position 09.00 - 17.15 Monday to Friday and based at our Birmingham office.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients to arrange meetings either face to face or virtual
- Provide PA and administration support to the Partner and Managers across the team both
- Preparation of letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other required documents using MS Office and bespoke packages
- Support in data management activity, including maintaining data integrity, updating client information
- Produce management reports and analysis
- Be proactive with compliance checks and onboarding process

**Skills and Experience**:

- A good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be confident with database administration and preparation of reports
- Accurate keyboard skills and good proofread skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills with a professional manner
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and deliver quality administration
- Have a conscientious and willing approach
