We are looking for a Team Administrator to join Bristol Hospital. Whether you join us from the NHS or a private setting, you will find that we offer you an opportunity to be part of a small efficient friendly team, providing a high quality diagnostic service.

**As a Team Administrator, you will be required to**:

- Make appointments for radiology clinics
- Answer the telephone
- Request and send images through IEP
- Send out radiology reports
- Liaise with various internal and external parties
- Assist with general admin duties in the department

**To succeed as a Team Administrator, you will**:

- Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
- Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Have good IT and keyboard skills.
- Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
