**Join our team and put our customers at the heart of everything we do As a Customer Engagement Facilitator, you'll play a key role in shaping our services around the views and aspirations of our customers. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31/03/25, where you'll be at the heart of shaping our customer-focused initiatives.**

As a Customer Engagement Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of shaping services based on our customers' views and aspirations. You will:

- Be an advocate for customer involvement, ensuring it is embedded in our daily work.
- Support diverse customer engagement initiatives and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering their confidence and capacity to influence our service delivery.
- Work flexibly with modern methods to meet the needs of different customer groups.
- Collaborate with the Pobl Trust and maintain strong external partnerships for community involvement.

**Where does this role fit in?**

This role is part of the Housing Operations - Customer Service department, reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager. You will work throughout the geographical areas we engage with customers and with an agile work style. You will be responsible for promoting and developing customer involvement initiatives that shape our business priorities.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong analytical skills to understand and address customer concerns.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- **Organisational Skills**: Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- **IT Proficiency**: Good understanding of IT systems and software used in customer service management.
- **Experience in Housing Sector**: While not essential, experience within the housing sector is an advantage.

**What are the pay and benefits?**
- £33,202 for a 37 hour, full time, 9 month fixed term position
- Agile working policies - You'll cover areas in Gwent, Swansea, Carmarthenshire, and Neath Port Talbot, making each day unique and rewarding.
- Our head office is Swansea/ Newport, which will be your base and where we have our team meet ups.
- Hours are predominately worked Monday to Friday days, but flexibility is required as you may on some occasions work outside of this.
