Recruit UK are working with a leading litigation firm that are seeking a detail-oriented onboarding administrator to support their financial planning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a new, varied role within a firm that will support your progression in the financial industry. The firm will provide full training and support to allow you to succeed in this role.
**Duties will include**:
- Client liaison
- Ensuring the line manager is up to date.
- Meeting arrangements
- Postal duties
- Inbox management
- Back-office support
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
- Compliance duties

**Skills and experience required**:
- Previous experience within a financial services setting
- Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
