Front of House Receptionist

**Full Time 8:00-4:30pm Monday to Friday**
Due to continuous growth, Hayley Group are looking for a permanent full-time receptionist for their Halesowen office.
**The Role**
The role will be providing cover across to units on the same road.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Welcoming/signing in customers and visitors, directing enquiries in person and over the telephone
- Making drinks for customers/visitors and catering orders for larger meetings
- Clearing down and washing up after meetings
- Administrative filing and archiving
- Managing an electronic meeting room diary
- Upkeep and organisation of two receptions and multiple meeting rooms across 2 sites.
- Stationery ordering
- Ordering stock e.g., groceries
- Other ad hoc duties as required
**Essential Competencies**
- Positive, outgoing and friendly personality
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Willing to go the 'extra mile’
- Organised and practical with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Smart and professional appearance
- Previous experience in similar role advantageous
