**Product Support Coordinator**
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of their leading clients, a FTSE250 financial services organisation, that seek a Product Support Co-Ordinator to facilitate the technical support for their clients and internal departmentswith regards to their shared software system.
**Key Responsibilities**
Assist with the running of the helpdesks and with the system administration.
- Complete remote installs, reinstalls and extractor maintenance.
- Assist with the administration of the helpdesk.
- Complete staff training and inductions.
- Assist with client charging and ensuring that all client queries are reviewed and resolved (whenever possible) within 24 hours.
- Supporting business during incident management.
- Provide testing and UAT testing support
- Provide change "go live" testing support
- Assist with supplier management issues, actively managing any issues escalated
**Skills & Experience**
The client seeks applicants with previous customer service experience, as well as some experience in, or a keen interest in IT.
The role could suit an IT graduate seeking their first career based experience.
It is essential that applicants possess the following attributes/skills:
