Lead Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of a full time, Band 4, Lead Administrator for the Amber Valley Living well team.
The post holder will provide high level, comprehensive administrative support to the Living Well Team in Amber Valley.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with a wide variety of people, services and organisations, both internal to the Trust and from numerous external organisations.
The successful post holder will need the ability to deal with complex information and to have excellent IT skills to be able to create, develop and maintain spread sheets, databases and other electronic systems to capture and maintain overall accurate project data.
We are looking for an individual who can manage their day
- to-day workload with limited supervision, is able to act on their own initiative and who is able to cope with working to tight and multiple deadlines, in a constantly changing environment.
The post holder will have administrative responsibility for supporting the delivery of a flexible, responsive local service, taking forward a Living Well Integrated Pathway in Amber Valley.
The post holder will need access to car/public transport if required to be at different locations on different days.
There may also be some home-working involved.
