**Sales Administrator**
We are looking for a personable and process driven Sales Administrator to join our dynamic and versatile Operations Team, based in Ripley, Derbyshire. You will provide administrative support, deal with incoming enquiries, make outbound sales calls and book appointments for sales and engineer visits.
We provide on the job training and vendor training is also available.
**Duties and Responsibilities | About the Role**
- Making outbound sales calls to existing customer base, historic customers and new targeted customers.
- Develop relationships with prospects/customers to obtain quote requests.
- Taking phone calls from customers.
- Supporting the sales and operations team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Retrieving vital sales details from potential customers.
- Checking all information for accuracy.
**Requirements and Experience | About You**
- A confident, approachable telephone manner is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- High organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Be personable with the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
- IT literate with strong attention to detail.
- Be keen to learn and develop a strong desire to work to and surpass targets.
- Be responsive and efficient with strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve, identify a clients needs and respond accordingly.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
**Salary**: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
