Liniar is an industry-leading PVCu extrusion company, designing and supplying a large portfolio of PVCu and aluminium profiles and products to a nationwide customer base of specialist window and door manufacturers, housebuilders, decking installers, landscapers and trade outlets. We are looking to fill the following vacancy:
**Job Title**:Marketing Executive

**Reports to**:Marketing Manager

**Purpose of Role**:
As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing projects, campaigns and product launches. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, including some administrative tasks, whilst thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of marketing activity and campaigns across the full marketing mix; using learnings to inform future activity.
- Be able to develop marketing collateral across a variety of channels and mediums, including - printed publications, website, video, newsletters and organic and paid social media utilising external agencies and/or internal resource where necessary.
- Have knowledge of the different social media platforms and the ability to create content and post updates and respond to comments and messages in the tone of the brand.
- Have the ability to analyse, monitor and report on digital marketing data and use it to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and other tools, with the support of digital specialists.
- Write and edit website copy, brochures, adverts, POS material and content for social channels (organic and paid).
- Plan and organise events - from stand design and organisation to measuring effectiveness.
- Have the ability to communicate well with clients, customers, external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product information and photography is correct, managed and kept up to date and in line with guidelines.
- Work well yet accurately under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Be a team player with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Possess strong project management and organisational skills.

**Person Specification**

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and working experience of Adobe Creative Suite/Canva desirable
- Excellent written English.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Is a team player - must have the confidence to liaise with other team members and departments, combined with the will to take on constructive feedback.
- Is willing to challenge the status quo whilst ensuring everything produced remains within set parameters and brand guidelines.
- Self-motivated, striving for and achieving the highest standards.

**Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of marketing channels, lead generation activities, digital platforms and marketing related processes.

**Qualifications**
- Marketing or business qualification preferred.

**Experience**
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in a marketing-related role.
