Location - Office based - Barnsley

From £19,000 to £23,000 per annum based on experience and passing probation

Start: Immediate

Hours: 40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 1pm Sat

**Blackthorn Repair Management**

Blackthorn manages accident damage repairs to clients’ vehicles following their involvement in a road traffic accident across the UK and NI.

**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Repair Coordinator to join our Barnsley team.

**About you**
- You are proactive with excellent communication skills
- You’re a real people person who can build trust and support across a wide network of areas
- Previous experience in a team leader / client relationship / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential
- You will have an attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data
- You have planning, organisation and time management skills
- Be able to build relationships and influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft products and web based client relationship / claims management tools
- Previous experience in customer services / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential (we will employ the right person with or without the experience)

**Typical duties for a Customer Service Advisor could include**
- Understanding the needs of the individual customer (driver involved in a RTA)
- Answering customer enquiries
- Providing information about our services
- Keeping detailed notes and records
- Ensuring good customer service for the client
- Making and receiving calls to clients and other professionals
- Keeping detailed notes
- Maintaining customer files
- Building customer relationships
- Maintaining good attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality
- Liaise with repair network

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,300.00-£23,000.00 per year
